I spent the evening with Ricky Tims, here in The Scottish Borders, Kelso to be exact!
Well, me and around 90 other quilters, to say I was excited is an under statement!
Ricky entertained us with music and stories of his family and the evolution of his fabulous quilts....photo taken by my good friend Anne
What a wonderful night and one that I suspect will not be repeated!
Who would have thought it?
WHOO-HOO!
How very fortunate that you were able to be there! I'm glad you had a great time. (I'm only a couple hundred miles from his home base but have never had a chance to go there.)
